What a great ramen, for 1050 yen you get an awesome, mid-rich tankotsu with a good amount of two style chashu and toppings.

I went to all the Yokohama Iekei Ramen restaurants in Kobe City. This Nagata family has two types of original char siu. The first time I went there, I made the mistake of ordering the chewy, hard ramen Nagata-ya and regretted it. This time, I ordered the Taya topping, which features a thick and soft pork belly. As someone from Kanto, I like Yokohama Ike's melty char siu, so it would be great if the char siu from Kakadaya was a little softer ^ ^ The soup was home made and very delicious. I went to have Iekei ramen for the first time. You can see the inside of the store from the outside, and the inside of the store is clean and has enough personal space. The taste of the ramen did not have a strange smell, and you could choose the strength of the flavor and the amount of oil, so it was easy to order and it was delicious. For 100 yen, I added spinach as a topping (increased amount), but I was surprised to find that it was twice as much as I expected, but it made me happy (laughs). I will go again if I want to eat something rich. Postscript☆ It seems that the 21st of every month is offered for 500 yen per bowl of ramen as Thanks Day. When I happened to go there today, it was almost full even though it had just opened. While waiting for the ramen, customers keep coming to the store... It's proof that the shop is loved by the locals!
