A branch of Koga-ryu Seimen in Higashinada. The price is cheap and the taste is delicious. This restaurant is especially recommended for ramen lovers, as the noodles are especially delicious! Personally, I recommend the rich tsukemen☆

2022.9/18 Second visit since opening. I thought there would be a line because it was Sunday, but there was only one person in front of me. Even though it's noon... There was a roll curtain on the window side of the table seat that wasn't there when it was open. However, the inside of the store felt dark. And the table is sticky. Is it because of the wood of the table? It's sticky all the time. When I worry about one thing, I worry about many other things. Even though it was 12 o'clock, not long after the store opened, the floor was dirty. Maybe they don't clean it in the morning. This time I ordered soy sauce ramen and boiled egg. The ramen was delicious. For some reason, it doesn't have the same energy as when it's open. There are a lot of things placed at the entrance. I left the store feeling somewhat disappointed. ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ I remember hearing about Koga-ryu Seimen Sumiyoshi store being so popular that it was hard to get into over 10 years ago. And I have never asked...😅 Then, yesterday, a famous blogger posted about it on his blog, and my husband and I immediately asked him about it. 5 seats at the counter 2 seats for 4 people table There is an acrylic board on the counter (A somewhat unreliable acrylic board😅) My husband and I were seated at a table. Tsukemen is famous, right? I...I don't really like tsukemen. There's no excuse not to eat it after all 😅 I have 200g of plain tsukemen. My husband had 300g of light tsukemen. I was told that the refrigerator was out of order today, so I couldn't make boiled eggs or rice with egg. The dipping sauce is brought to you first. Then comes the tsukemen. The noodles are chewy and go down easily. So delicious⤴️⤴️ If you take a sip of the dipping sauce first... it's thick 😅 But good for tsukemen✌️ Because it goes down easily Smooth and crunchy, finished in no time❕ I...I like the tsukemen here✨ I don't like tsukemen, but I like this tsukemen. (I said I love you twice. Lol.) I’ll visit you again✨✨

A ramen shop located about a 3 minute walk west along the JR tracks (south of the tracks) from Shin-Nagata Station. * Immediately after turning south at the corner where the takoyaki shop is A branch of Sumiyoshi's famous restaurant Hirogaryu Seimen A slightly small layout with 4 counter seats and 2 tables for 4 people I visited the store around 2pm on a weekday and there were no customers ahead of me. ■White hot water ramen (rich) 750 yen The smooth white water soup that is not thick is the best chicken hot water soup in my opinion because it has the flavor of chicken but does not feel bitter. *May be a bit unsatisfactory for those who like rich foods The noodles are thin straight noodles with a lot of additives and are chewy and go well with the chicken paitan soup, which is also delicious. The ingredients are simple: pork and chicken chashu and green onions. ■Egg rice 300 yen A bowl of white rice and a separate bowl of raw eggs with soy sauce are served. The amount of soy sauce was so perfect that you could really taste the flavor of the egg, and I felt like I usually put too much soy sauce on it.
