It's a flavor that I've always wanted to try since the store first opened. The miso ramen feels like it soaks into your body, making it irresistible in winter. Of course, the other menu items are also delicious! I don't go there that often, but it gives me the impression that it's a restaurant with a nostalgic taste that makes me want to go eat there on occasion.

I ordered salt ramen. At Kotan Ramen, soy sauce seems to be the basic choice, and you can change the salt and miso flavor for an additional 20 yen. The kundama was very delicious and the overall taste was light so I could eat it till the end without getting bored. It also has plenty of vegetables and is very satisfying. Although it was crowded at lunchtime, they guided us carefully in order.

The soup of soy sauce ramen is not so salty, so it is easy to drink. The soup tastes like chicken soup.
