I ate duck white soup tsukemen (1100 yen) recommended by the owner. The noodles and soup were very entwined and it was very delicious! The duck meat was also elegant and soft, and I was very impressed. It is also great that you can get a large serving of noodles for free. It was a flavored soup that I personally liked, so I wanted to eat it when I went to Tarumizu again!
