More Comments at Google MapI was interested in a shop with a red label Sapporo lager bottled beer, which is rarer than before, when I was walking in the Sanwa shopping street, but this time I visited the store for the first time. When you enter the store, there are plenty of seats in the back, and it's a spacious store with a great atmosphere. There are many menu items, including ramen with Yakult, and some children were there. We ordered the most popular Ankake Champon, Gyoza, Shrimp Shumai, and Red Label Lager Bottled Beer. The bowl of Champon was big, but it was delicious and I could eat it all. It seemed that there were many regular customers.
It was miso ramen that I, who was born in Hokkaido, thought, "Oh, this taste!" The degree of boiling of the bean sprouts, the taste of the miso soup, and the firmness of the noodles. The taste that I ate at a privately owned restaurant in my hometown Sapporo. I felt that there was little "curling", but it was very delicious. I think it is good to eat when Hokkaido children want to remember the taste of their hometown.
I stop by when I have something to do and I'm nearby. Or rather, there used to be a lot of Dosanko types, but they've completely disappeared... So, this time it's thick-sliced char siu noodles. If you order fried rice or gyoza, you may not be able to finish all of them, so be careful. I was full with curly noodles that I haven't seen in a long time and the thick but refreshing char siu. I also recommend the gyoza. However, I still haven't been able to try the Champon recommended by the restaurant...
