It's a small ramen shop, around 10+ seats. I believe it should operate by a couples. The noodles is kind of thick, dry noodles without soup. The noodle mix with the sauce and some grease from pork, real delicious. I loved the noodles texture, thick and chewy, best combination with the sauce. The shop don't have the parking facility, you can park the car in the opposite carpark for the supermarket. You can get 2 hours free parking just need to buy something in the supermarket

I ordered the small 150g noodles for 800 yen, which is the identity on the signboard. It's called Mazesoba. The sauce is a mix of pork bones and a soy sauce sauce, the noodles are loosely curled medium-thick flat square noodles, and the ingredients are loosened pork belly chashu, bean sprouts, caramel, and minced garlic. You can choose the amount of garlic, backfat, soy sauce, and bean sprouts, so I decided to add more garlic and keep everything else normal. There's enough sauce in the sauce, and when you mix it, it's just the right thickness, and the noodles and ingredients harmonize well. The noodles are chewy and smooth, and have a good texture and flavor. The ingredients are perfectly finished, and there is a wide variety of flavor-modifying seasonings. It's a delicious cup with a high level of perfection. The hygiene inside the store is standard, and the price feels quite good and cheap. The customer service from the store owner and staff is friendly and polite, which leaves a good impression. There are no imperfections at all, and the overall level is high, so I'll give the overall rating a maximum of 5 stars.
