Located on the second floor of Hiroden etto, you can consult the menu of ramen, tsukemen and fried foods before entering. Thereafter, order your food from an ordering machine. With each menu item, there are options for add-ons such as gyoza. Upon finding a table, pass the receipt to one of the service staff. Ice cold water is served as well, which is great given the summer heat. I was rather impressed that the food arrived quickly. I got the Ajitama Ramen regular portion (¥930) and the broth was flavourful and not salty at all. Charshu pieces were tender. Noodles were springy. All in all, the food here is great and at an affordable price.

Excellent hiroshima style ramen at very reasonable prices next to the ferry port for Miya Jima. You can choose traditional Hiroshima ramen with a rich soy sauce pork bone broth, or tsukemen (dippling noodes into soup) or soup-less tantanmen (spicy with rice on side). Ordering is easy and quick and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The tantanmen was fantastic. They have a terrace and the inside is very modern and open in style.

Go for the most spicy! It's numbing!
