The noodles are typical of the Kansai region, the broth is delicious, the meat is soft and very satisfying, 4 slices of meat make me feel full... I came on a Tuesday, but learned that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday. I have to wait until Thursday before I have a chance to go back and it's the last day of working near the shop. Fat pork cutlet ramen + minced meat cutlet set It took me a while to find it because the location was a little different depending on Google Maps. It's a pretty big store. There is a counter and 3 tables with 4 seats. The atmosphere is nice, and the ramen and side menu is rich. The tonkatsu ramen was very delicious. The thin noodles were used to season the pork and soup very well. The freshly made minced meat cutlet was really delicious.
