Hello. I came from Kitakyushu. thank you. I love Hakudan-ya, and I used to go there often when it was in Kitakyushu. (Even the stamp card is full.) What you eat here is always a set of Tsukesoba (warm) rice balls. Make sure to add plenty of sesame seeds☝️ I set the spiciness level to 15, but I'm sure if you ask the staff, they'll add it later (this was the case in Kitakyushu). In addition to Hiroshima Tsukemen, there are several delicious menu items such as Dandanmen without soup. The sesame dipping sauce for the tsukemen was also delicious.
