Dandan noodles without chilled soup are available again this year! Noodles are tightened tightly It's pretty good. It's a high hurdle as it's limited to summer and weekdays, but it's worth it.

There is a lot of soup for Dandan noodles without soup. The more you mix these types, the more delicious they become. The homemade zha cai was also excellent, and it went perfectly with the tandan rice at the end. It's also nice to have Hana Sansho peppers that you can add to the table. It was a specialty store and it was very delicious.

I received the dandan noodles 3 spicy without soup. It's 6 times more spicy and you'll probably get addicted to it. I think it's about 2 spiciness, and you can adjust it with seasonings. It's best if you add rice and homemade zha cai at the end and mix it up. [postscript] I repeat it quite often. This is the first time I've had it super spicy. I usually use 3x spiciness (6x), and I change it up by adding chili oil, but I went with extra spicy (10x) to make it even spicier and enjoyed the restaurant's flavor. Even though it's spicy, it has a lot of flavor, but it's really spicy after that. The rice and homemade chili peppers at the end are the best. However, a large bowl of rice costs 150 yen and weighs 300g, which is huge. On the other hand, it might be too much... It seems like the green onions and minced meat in the soup-less Dandan noodles have been significantly reduced... I hope it's just my imagination, but it's quite disappointing. I think they are trying hard to keep the price increase as low as possible, but it's a bit of a shame for fans who have heavy rotation.
