Traditional Chinese soba. This taste is the most delicious. I am also happy that you can increase the amount of green onions and bean sprouts for free. I also like thin noodles. It's a store with a taste of memories that my grandfather used to go to when he was "Mejiro"! This must be a famous restaurant in Hiroshima for both history and taste!

I came across this store for the first time after seeing a Daichan commercial. I ordered a large bowl of Chinese noodles and fried rice. The medium-thin noodles intertwine perfectly with the pork bone soy sauce soup, making it an exquisite dish. The fried rice was also piping hot and very delicious with just the flavor I wanted. It was worth coming from Onomichi to eat. Thank you for the meal.

Rich fat back garlic flavor + fried rice (small) I received. While the light garlic flavor comes out, the richness of the backfat and the richness of the pork bones spreads well, and it is delicious. It's hard to hear just the words, but it's wonderful to have a little bit of a summary of the words. It was fried rice with only straight umami, without any ingredients that didn't need fried rice. It was delicious.
