Stopped in for lunch. Ramen was good, very rich flavour. We had to add some chilli oil because it was almost too rich. It was just locals at the restaurant. Not much English but the staff was very friendly. 650¥ for a bowl of ramen.

I took a day off on Monday and visited at 11:30am, just as the store opened. As soon as you enter the store, there is a ticket vending machine to the left, but it only accepts cash. The ingredients are traditional, such as crispy cabbage and bean sprouts, shredded kamaboko, pork, and squid, but there are plenty of them. The noodles are thick and chewy. I continued eating the noodles while also eating the gyoza. The combination of rice and mustard greens is good, but I don't think Takana and champon go well together because my mouth gets a little numb from the strong and spiciness of the mustard greens and I can't taste the champon. Think of Takana for pork bone ramen. Anyway, this Champon was the best.

I got the chili champon. Plenty of vegetables Cabbage and bean sprouts stand out. The pasteurization is exquisite and the texture is very good. Other ingredients were squid and pork. The soup is so delicious! Pork bone based soup The umami of the vegetables and the umami of something are combined, and it is mellow and very delicious. It's delicious with a little bit of spiciness.
