Salted tonkotsu ramen! To put it bluntly, it's insanely good. It might be because my regular sauna is nearby and my taste buds are sharper after taking a sauna, but it's still good. I thought it would be simple, but the garlic is surprisingly effective and packs a punch. But it's not heavy. The small shrimp and wood ear mushrooms are also good accents. You can also choose from salt, soy sauce, or miso for the substitute balls. I was hesitant, but this time I decided to use miso. Adding miso flavor to salted tonkotsu soup gives it a completely different flavor. The problem is that you can choose between thin and thick miso noodles. The base thin noodles were quite delicious, so I thought I'd go with thin noodles, so I decided to go with thick noodles. These noodles are smooth and go well with the miso. I thought that ramen that showed so many different faces at once was almost an art form.
