I went with my wife for the first time in about two years. Shirouma ramen with meat, rice, and extra egg. I was very satisfied with the high level as usual.

Gama is a tonkotsu ramen restaurant born in Hakata and raised in Hiroshima. There's a parking lot, and they're open until late at night, so it's convenient. Both the noodles and soup are delicious. Everything is reasonably authentic. Spare balls required. The mentaiko rice is also of high quality, so I always order it. Even the almond tofu is delicious. I feel a little happiness and excitement at the gentleness of changing the jasmine tea and towel. For a chain, the quality is amazing. Enthusiastic!!

I used Minami store for the first time in a while. Last time, the Soleil store did not offer spicy bean sprouts, so we, who are spicy bean sprout lovers, decided to try the Mijitsu store. The problem with this store is the availability of parking. On this day, the first parking lot next to the store was full with a 10 second difference and I couldn't stop. I had no choice but to make a U-turn and go to the second parking lot across the street. There are only 2 spaces here, but there are spaces available. It takes a lot of walking, but I change my mind and think that it might not be such a bad idea, considering that I might need to make a U-turn on my way home anyway. Weekdays at 19:00, the store is 80% full. It's almost full. I asked if it would be okay to share a seat at a long table. It's good to be conscientious about asking questions. Well, even though we were sharing a table, there was an acrylic board blocking the way we were facing each other, so it didn't feel that awkward. Make sure you are seated. It's nice to have a jar of spicy bean sprouts. When it comes to ordering, I want something rich, but these days it's easier to order the modest Shirouma. I wonder if it's old. But add garlic. At Gama, it's fresh and good to chop the meat yourself. It gives depth and richness to the flavor. It's addicting. Pork bone ramen is limited to Barikata. When I happened to look at the three high school students across from me, I noticed that they were playing double roles twice. amazing. The replacement balls are cheap and I want to try it, but I'm 8 steps away. I'm taking a break while practicing locavore, so I'll keep this in mind. This time, for dessert, my daughter and wife ordered Gama pudding and almond tofu. I'm patient. I was given a little bit of it, but it's not something I personally want to ask for. In addition, "Shirouma" had a stable taste.
