My parents come here at least once or twice a month, and I can see why. The service is quick, the food is delicious, and the restaurant itself has a spacious seating layout that feels nice to be in. And there's complimentary spicy beansprouts and fresh garlic to add to your meal. The tonkotsu ramen broth is rich and flavourful, with firm and smooth noodles. Could have a bit more toppings, though. The char shu don was incredible, with juicy succulent pieces of pork ontop of steaming hot rice and crispy fresh vegetables. The gyoza was alright. Interestingly, they have child-size servings for the tonkotsu ramen, and only tonkotsu ramen.
