Best ramen I’ve had!

The tonkotsu ramen, which is slightly salty, has an excellent soup and is recommended for a second serving (100 yen)! Quite a bargain in this day and age! Entered the store after 13:30 in the afternoon. The narrow store with 8 counter seats and 1 table seat for 4 to 6 people is a little dark and has a hideaway atmosphere. I ordered Michimaru Ramen's Balikata. The ramen arrived in less than a minute after ordering. The finely foamed cloudy soup has the atmosphere of the classic Hakata ramen, and it will whet your appetite. I fainted in agony after having one mouthful of soup. (°o°) delicious. ψ(๑'ڡ'๑)ψ She slurps noodles and faints in agony. (°o°) It's crazy delicious. Σ(゚д゚;) I felt that the boiling of the ultra-fine straight noodles was relatively hard, but it was very good. When I noticed, I asked for a double ball. ꉂꉂ(ᵔᗜᵔ*) It's rare to find a restaurant in Hiroshima that serves soup that brings out the flavor of pork bones. The kaedama is not served on a plate, but when you put the bowl on the counter, you put it directly into the bowl. This is probably the best because it is a small store and is run by yourself. In the end, I ordered two replacement balls. σ(^_^;) By the way, I felt that the Kaedama was harder than the first bowl of noodles, so if you're worried about it, it might be better to make the noodles one rank softer. There are sesame seeds, ramen soup stock, and pickled ginger on the table, so you can change the taste. I think the 100 yen Kaedama is a great deal, so be sure to ask for it when you visit the store.

I was passing by and thought it looked delicious so I stopped by. The pork bone soup and thin noodles were my favorite. The pork bone soup was also soft and delicious. The gyoza are small and cute, easy to eat, and delicious! There is no parking lot, but there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. It was a ramen shop that I would like to go to again 😊 The host was a handsome man! w
