Opens from 10:30. I heard that there would be a line, so I arrived around 11am and there were already a lot of customers. As soon as I entered the store, I was guided to a counter seat. The customers after us seemed to be waiting in line. Signed by the celebrity. I ordered ramen noodles and musubi. Water, musubi, inari, and astragalus are available for self-service, but the store is small (T_T) Ramen is served relatively quickly after ordering. The soup is clear and light. You can't choose the hardness of the noodles, they are a little hard. At Kure, they also have the usual vinegar, and the flavor is amazing. I ate curry and was looking for a restaurant that was loved by the locals, and this "Morris" came up, so I visited it just before 1:00 p.m. Luckily, there was one seat available in the long and narrow store, and I was guided quickly. The older sister seemed to be able to tell that it was Ohatsu just by looking at her appearance, and she carefully guided me through the store's system. The menu is simple. I can't eat large portions these days, so I ordered an average size of Chinese noodles for 700 yen and a rice ball for 120 yen. Inari-san was sold out by the previous customers. It is a semi-self-style restaurant where you prepare water, rice balls, etc. by yourself. It came out in about 5 minutes. It looks very simple. However, I was impressed by the depth of the soup. The noodles are also straight type and go in easily. Bean sprouts and meat are nice. If you add vinegar, which is recommended in the middle, the taste will change, it will give it more depth, but the lightness will go well with it. It's even better if you add vinegar in stages instead of adding a large amount all at once. I ended up drinking all the soup. There are no bills to pay, and you have to declare it yourself or have it looked at, which is surprisingly lenient. All the staff are female, but they are all very friendly and have a very frank attitude. The neighborhood aunty atmosphere is even better. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks for the meal.
