Hiroshima, Japan｜Ramen Morikawa

The visit to "Ramen Morikawa", which I had been looking forward to, finally came true. I had the inspired thick noodles normal, but first of all, the thick noodles were the best match with the soup. The char siu was also entwined with the soup, but it was mellow and slurred, including the size. There are many opinions that the soup is "salty" peculiar to Jiro, but when I tasted it carefully, I felt a rich and rich flavor and drank it to the end. As expected, it is a restaurant that is also famous for seafood. Next is seafood and seafood, but I can't forget the taste of this Jiro-style thick noodles.

I had oyster soup stock ramen at a flower festival stall, not at a shop, and it was really delicious! ! The name alone didn't appeal to me that much, but when I took a peek at what people had, it was a white, milky soup with thin noodles like Hakata ramen! this is! I bought it thinking that the oyster soup stock was really effective and it was really delicious! I personally thought that I could do it as an oyster soup stock ramen specialty store. I thought it would be nice if it became a new Hiroshima specialty. Thank you for your meal 🙏

The interior is nostalgic as it was probably originally a coffee shop. The Jiro style inspired ramen was rich and delicious with the bold use of soy sauce and backfat. If you add more vegetables, you'll be full by the time you get to the noodles, so I went with a regular serving.
