It's been a long time since I visited a tsukemen shop that I visited over five years ago and it was delicious✨ Today, I ordered a large tsukemen (1.5 balls) and a rice ball. You can choose the spiciness of the tsukemen, and when I asked the staff, they told me that up to 100 times the spiciness, it's free.💦The spiciness increases even while you're eating it, so I ordered double the spiciness. Halfway through, I asked them to increase the spiciness by one level so that it was three times as spicy. As the spiciness increases, the umami also increases✨The cold noodles are chewy and thin, and the dipping sauce is sour and refreshing, making it a truly delicious tsukemen with both spiciness and umami. Ingredients are boiled cabbage, green onions, cucumber, and chashu. All of them are the best match with the dipping sauce 👍 This is a restaurant I would like to visit when I come to Hiroshima again 😊

The noodles are always cold and chewy, and the vegetables are crispy and delicious. The dipping sauce can be adjusted from 0 to 200 times the spiciness. Another recommendation is rice balls! The perfect combination of salt, seaweed and sesame oil makes you want to eat as many as you want.
