The charred salt ramen was so delicious that I went there two days in a row. Be sure to top it with corn and butter! ! The great thing about this ramen is that the salted butter tastes just delicious, but the onions and fried vegetables are hidden inside. I didn't go there because I thought it looked like a chain restaurant, but I think I'll be hooked for a while. I also tried the Onomichi ramen and the miso flavor, but I was hesitant to give it 4 stars because I haven't found anything better than the burnt salt so far, but the salt ramen alone was so delicious that it deserved a 5 star rating. I searched for a ramen shop near Yano, and ended up finding the shop ``Aji no Kura''! While thinking about the variety of ramen on the menu, I ordered Hakodate's charred umami salt ramen. Although it was rich, it had an appetizing taste and was very delicious! The condiments corner has a variety of condiments such as pickled ginger, garlic, spicy bean sprouts, and mustard greens, so you can enjoy different flavors.

Light Onomichi ramen. It's so delicious. The taste is not persistent, so you can eat as much as you want. Also, it's delicious to add takana and spicy bean sprouts from the self corner.
