I went to Haruharu Kaita branch and ate the limited time ``Kombu Mizu Tsukemen''. The medium-thin noodles soaked in kelp water and the kelp topped on top look cool and delicious. The soup is soy sauce-flavored with dried sardines, and the flavor of kelp is mixed in to add depth to the flavor, making it delicious. At the end, you can enjoy soup wari, which was also delicious. A restaurant that serves delicious soup will make you feel more satisfied. I was also curious about other regular ramen.

2021/2 This restaurant uses a meal ticket system, so it's a good idea to decide on your order before entering. Today, I received ❝Rich Dried Sardines Chicken Paitan Ramen with Flavored Eggs for ¥900❞. As the name suggests, the soup is rich with dried sardines and chicken broth. Menma that was large but had a pleasant texture, two types of pork chashu, and soft-boiled flavored eggs...it took a little time, but it was a delicious ramen that showed the careful workmanship. It would have been nice if there were towels on the table, but I wonder if it's a countermeasure against coronavirus?

The simplest dish, ``niboshi ramen,'' was light, but it tasted like it had chicken or pork stock in it, and it was delicious. The ``Rich Niboshi Tsukemen'' contained fish powder and had a slightly sour taste, and was delicious. Next time I want to try the chicken paitan ramen.
