Danish tourist here; No English menu, but google translate is your friend 😊 Not entire sure what I ordered, but it was so delicious it stays with me as one of the best experiences of my trip around the globe. Friendly service and great prices.

This ``cold noodles'' are thin, flat noodles. The noodles are often mixed with a thick soup made from dried sardines. The char siew has a nice thickness and is very filling. In addition, the crunchy texture of cucumber and bean sprouts is a nice accent. And the best part is the eggs. I like it when it's whole and half-cooked. Also, if you add chili vinegar halfway through, the taste will change and it will be twice as delicious. it's recommended.

This is one of the famous Kure cold noodle restaurants. It's near Kure Station, so you can get there in 1 minute on foot. There was ramen, curry, and grilled meat for one person at night. Although I thought ramen would be good, I ordered the famous Kure cold noodles and curry. The ordering method is similar to Ichiran, where you fill out an order sheet. It comes with a large serving or a salad. The cold noodles have a strong flavor of dried sardines and are truly a specialty! It tasted like that. This seems to be expected for ramen as well. On the other hand, the curry was soup-like and sweet, so it was not a navy curry. You can use PayPay for payment, but the customer is responsible for the payment fees that are normally paid by the store. Since there is a 2% surcharge, it is best to pay in cash if possible.
