Some of the best ramen outside of Fukuoka. They live up to their name, ad Hakata Station in Fukuoka is famous for it's ramen street. Try the spicy oil ramen, which can be ordered in there levels of intensity. Go for level three; it's not too hot but let's you know it's there. The flavor is intense and satisfying and goes great with a pop of ginger. The gyoza are crispy and delicious.
