Kaita, Hiroshima, Japan｜Tsukemen Honpo Karabu Kaita

I used it at lunch time! I ate a large Tsukemen (1.5 balls) for 1,100 yen, and it was very delicious! Enjoy chilled noodles that are extremely chewy and elastic, and crunchy cabbage, dipped in a cold sauce made with chili oil and sesame seeds! It's simple, but it's so delicious that you won't be able to stop eating it once you try it! The service is great because you can change the spiciness to your liking by adding the spicy sauce provided at each table with a spoon! The presentation is very careful and the food looks delicious! Personally, I feel that adding a little lemon juice makes it even more delicious! The inside of the store is a little small, but the atmosphere is nice and stylish, so it was great! Payment is by cash only, and you order using the ticket machine when you enter the store! The parking lot can only accommodate 4 cars, so during peak hours it's first come, first served! It's a narrow alley with many one-way streets, so be careful! I will use it again!

When it comes to tsukemen in Hiroshima, we recommend Karabe! Personally, I think Nori Negi Tsukemen is my favorite. Apparently Kaita also has ramen, so if I go there again I'd like to try it 😊

It seems like a new store, the interior is clean, and the staff are very responsive.I highly recommend this store. Of course the taste was delicious.
