Hiroshima, Japan｜Wadatou Ramen

This is the true authentic Hiroshima Ramen. The best in town. Must try!!! The ramen and other food so delicious. The soup based so unique compare to those other cities. The noodle texture just nice and not hard or too soft. This place also very cosy and the deco is nice too.

We ordered Hiroshima Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen and Shoyu Ramen. Everything was delicious, but the shoyu ramen was the best. Gyoza is one bite size. Is it a little expensive for that? I felt that. The store seemed clean. It can't be helped because it's an outlet store, but if you sit on the side of the aisle, you can see everything and eat in the crowd. I thought it would be nice if it was possible to take it out to the food court.

It was a delicious ramen that had a strong tonkotsu (pork bone) flavor but was not overpowering and I could drink it all the way through. The spicy miso ramen has just the right amount of spiciness! The melt-in-your-mouth chashu is also exquisite. All the staff are young and handsome It's a very pleasant shop with a very polite customer service.
