It's been exactly a month since I came here from Osaka for work and there was always a line out, so I was really worried. It's within a 5-minute walk, so it's easy to visit 👟 It's delicious even if you eat it without anything, but this is my first visit, so I had the rich shrimp miso and the famous shrimp rice 😋 It's no wonder there's a long line.

This restaurant opened after changing its name and menu from ``Kenbido'' to ``Tsukemen, Ramen, Abura Soba Hachihonmatsu Seimenjo.'' This is a delicious ramen restaurant that takes advantage of the deliciousness of homemade noodles. The shrimp miso tsukemen soup can be served agari (soup split). The soup stock changes daily, so you can enjoy a different flavor each time you go. If you add extra eggs to the soup, you'll get delicious shrimp miso ramen. Please, try it. 【postscript】 We finished off the meal by adding rice to the piping hot soup. Tsukemen is of course delicious, but I highly recommend adding rice to the soup❣️By the way, today's dish was "Setouchi Iriko Dashi". [Additional note] 2022.2.14 It's already mid-February, but I was finally able to go to "Hachihonmatsu Seimenjo" for the first time this year. They offer tsukemen, ramen, and abura soba, but I opted for their signature dish, ``Ishiyaki Rich Shrimp Miso Tsukemen.'' You can choose the amount of noodles, and the price is the same for 200g to 700g. The noodles are homemade and have a great texture and go down your throat. ① The noodles are covered in kelp soup stock, so they are delicious as is, so please enjoy the deliciousness of the noodles. ②Please eat it with piping hot soup. The deep flavor of the soup is the best. ③ Dissolve a little of the special miso on the astragalus in the soup and enjoy the different taste. ④Please leave some noodles left and ask for the soup to be mixed. Soup split is free. One of the highlights of Hachihonmatsu Seimenjo is that the soup stock is changed on a rotating basis. Today's dish was shiitake mushroom soup from Miyazaki Prefecture. I think you'll be surprised at how much of a difference just changing the soup stock can make. ⑤Add the remaining noodles to the soup and eat as ramen. The shrimp miso ramen is full of flavor. Also, it's really delicious even if you add rice, although it's an additional charge. Normally, tsukemen with soup is the end of the meal, but Hachihonmatsu Seimenjo is the beginning of a different way to eat the noodles, so I highly recommend you give it a try.

I think it used to be beef bone ramen. I went to Tsukemen Hachihonmatsu Seimenjo on the recommendation of a friend. Ordered stone-grilled rich shrimp miso. First of all, I eat just the noodles, which have an indescribable chewy texture and go down my throat, and I feel like I'll eat them all without any dipping sauce. I don't usually eat tsukemen, but it's very delicious. I added the rich shrimp miso to the dipping sauce midway through, changing the taste and enjoying it three times! I recommend it.
