I had to work in Saijo today, so I left home a little early and headed there right away. When I went to Walk Ikou-san, the restaurants were often closed, and even when I was able to eat the ramen, it didn't taste quite like the ramen I wanted, so I rarely went there. But I heard that the newly opened Menya Ayumu in Hachihonmatsu was serving tonkotsu soy sauce and tonkotsu sardines, so I was really excited to get there so soon. It's easy to spot because about 10 minutes south of the Route 2 bypass, you'll suddenly see a lot of flags lined up. The parking lot is also large (I wasn't sure if it was used in conjunction with Gyutantei or if there was a fixed parking lot). I arrived around 12:15 on Saturday and there were 3 people waiting, so I guess it was relatively empty 👍And there was a sign at the entrance saying that only dried sardines would be served today. I was confused so it was perfect 🥴 I took the opportunity to go with the full set of dried sardines char siu, a large serving, flavored eggs, and green onions 🙆‍♂️ I was able to pick up my meal ticket while I was in line, so it was ready as soon as I sat down. As expected, the visuals are completely different from when we were walking. I wonder if the noodles are flat noodles. The smooth and smooth texture was very easy to eat, and even though it was a large portion, I finished it in no time 🤣 The pork belly pork had a bit of a chewy texture, and it was meaty and delicious! I think it would be nice to eat rice with this✨ And while I'm usually careful, I found myself drinking the soup and it was empty😂The soup was a little thick and delicious with a good balance of pork bones and dried sardines. It was very delicious and I was very satisfied, but there was a slight drawback: the chashu pork, seasoned eggs, and green onions were served cold, so I thought that the more toppings the soup would get, the colder it would be. Next time, let's think about that before ordering 🥴 So, I left the store thinking that if Kokutaiji had served this ramen, I would have come back here ✨I wonder when I can come next time. A double feature of pork bone soy sauce and dried pork bone. However, on this day, they were only offering dried tonkotsu (dried sardines), and they added some delicious samurai green onions from Saijo. The taste of dried sardines matches the richness of the pork bone soup. The flat noodles lift the soup well. Samurai green onions are crunchy and delicious. The chashu has a firm texture, and the round boiled egg has a strong flavor. It's delicious ramen. I would love to try the pork bone soy sauce too!

I had dried sardines ramen (900 yen) + green onion topping (100 yen). It was delicious with a strong dried sardine soup. The noodles are thin flat noodles. Although it was slippery, it was nice to mix it with the soup.
