I've seen Maimenrai ramen in pictures before, but to be honest, I wasn't very good at calling it Jiro if it was a normal serving, so I didn't expect much, but the ramen that came was exactly Jiro-style. It was volume. Although it is a taste to be worried about, it is delicious normally because it is a refreshing taste of seafood soup. It's a matter of taste, so it's a bit difficult, but it's a little different from the authentic Jiro's tonkotsu soy sauce and fat. So the taste is a little different from Jiro. I think it would be nice if the soup was a little thicker when it was a large serving of vegetables, but it was good with my favorite taste. I think that the thickness of the noodles is slightly thicker for "Gonzo". I wish the chashu was a little thicker.

The store name on the signboard was changed from kanji to katakana. There is also a healthy menu using tofu as well as ramen, which is helpful.
