2023.7.31 First visit I had a job in Saijo, and came here on the recommendation of a junior who came with me. This shop, which has been open for several months, seems to have a line at noon, so I came to the store at 11 o'clock when it opened. There were still customers waiting. This looks promising. Even though I like ramen, I'm in the category of people who don't eat miso so much, so it seems to be a nationwide chain store, but I didn't know the store. It specializes in miso, and has a selection of miso from three bases: Hokkaido, Shinshu, and Kyushu. On the wall of the store, we introduced the main miso from all over the country, and if possible, I wanted to try the Aizu miso that was introduced there, but here I chose the orthodox miso from Hokkaido. Ever since I was a kid, I've been eating "Dosanko Ramen" with butter on top, so I clicked the super butter ramen on my tablet. An orthodox miso flavored super with plump thick noodles. Oh my goodness, isn't it delicious? You can enjoy a taste change that gradually becomes mild by melting a large piece of butter little by little. How about topping French fries? At first, I thought, but if you eat it with soup, it will be a great topping. Because it was only minced meat, I finished eating a little before I was full. It could have been better with a little more noodles. I think I'll come with my wife when I come to Hot Kamo again.

Miso ramen from three locations in Hokkaido, Shinshu, and Kyushu The price is a little high, but the taste of the soup makes you want to drink it down to the last drop. Personally, I vote for Shinshu Miso. Time to come out of order is normal. Because the line is great from the opening, it is necessary to wait for a long time except for the opening first in the morning.

I'm not good at miso ramen, but I like my husband and accompany him. I chose the counter early, but it's spacious and gives a good impression. I chose Kyushu barley miso, which doesn't have much of a miso flavor, but I was surprised at how delicious it was! I would like fried rice to be sold separately in normal size. There is no miso feeling at all and it is rather delicious! The store clerk is also pleasant, and there is a waiting time, but the repeat is confirmed!
