When you enter the store, there is a counter in front and table seats in the back. First, I ordered a beer and a potato salad that was written as a specialty. This potato salad has a unique taste, but it's delicious. It's my first taste, but it seems to fit. After that, I ordered Koune-yaki of Tougeshita beef, which is a brand beef of Takehara. Koune is a shoulder rib meat of beef, and it seems that it is eaten quite a bit in Hiroshima. At first glance, I thought it was a mistake because it had a lot of fat, but it was lighter and tastier than I expected. And finally order the ramen of the tightening. I chose Makoto Ramen black, which is excellent. It was the most delicious ramen I ate in Hiroshima, even if I was drinking it. Makoto Ramen's white and tsukemen are also delicious, so I'd like to come at noon next time. I felt that it was worth going to Hiroshima just to eat at this restaurant. Thank you for the meal.
