I used it when driving. I received a large serving of chashu noodles. The chewy straight thin noodles went well with the soy sauce-rich soup. The char siu was hand-cut from pork belly and was meaty to my liking. Although it was an unmarked restaurant, I was very satisfied with the char siu noodles that I liked. (thanks to the person who told me) The menu was very simple: ramen, rice, and beer. It seems like the owner is managing the restaurant by himself. I had a very pleasant meal with a kind owner.

Grandpa is running the shop by himself. It seems that you can adjust the thickness of the ramen, so the ramen in the photo is completely ramen thick 🍜🍥 Although it looked black, it had a very gentle flavor and you could taste the soup stock. The taste of soy sauce leaves your nose feeling refreshed even after eating it. The deliciousness of green onions will swell!

Strong taste of soy sauce. It looks like Onomichi ramen with the fat removed. The taste is said to be the same as Osakikamijima's Tokumori Ramen, but this one has a stronger flavor and I like it. This is ramen that you can eat over and over again and never get tired of. A friendly elderly grandfather is working alone. The inside was small, so there were two tables for four people, two tables for two, and one for one person. It's a regular ramen with either 3 pieces of chashu noodles or 6 pieces of chashu noodles.
