This time I went to Taigaen for the first time. This popular restaurant fills up as soon as it opens. I ordered the ramen (large) half-chan set + half gyoza. The ramen soup is a delicious soup with a good balance of sweetness and sourness. The noodles were flat, thin, straight noodles and firm. It reminds me of Onomichi ramen in both appearance and taste. Twenty years ago, when I often visited Takehara, I came back to Taikaen many times and thought the same thing. But this is Takehara. Not Onomichi ramen, but delicious Takehara Chinese soba. Taikaen's Chinese soba. This is a shop that you definitely want to stop by when you visit Takehara. Takehara's chuka soba makes you want to eat again when you're about to forget the memories of your trip. For those who want to enjoy various things, fried rice dumplings are definitely a stable taste.
