At Motsunabe Diner Yashiki's restaurant, Ramen available only for lunch on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays I remembered that it was offered and visited the store for the first time. Salt ramen shops are rare. There is a parking lot behind the store. (Maybe 5-6 units) I think you can tell because there is a ramen banner. The entrance is a sliding door. (I thought it wouldn't open even if I pulled it, but it turned out to be a sliding door lol) When you enter the store, there are only counter seats. It will be full for 6 people. The interior of the store is monochrome. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The menu is Ramen and large bowl of ramen green onion chashu Char siu bowl and large serving of char siu bowl Ramen with large or small rice and 1-2 types of toppings Combined lunch set Replacement balls are not available. Since this was my first visit, I ordered ramen. Order over the counter. Clear soup in a white noodle bowl Noodles are thin straight noodles The taste is light Enjoy the ramen with the flavor of seafood, and the soup as well. Deliciousness that you can taste. The ingredients are simple: char siu, menma, and green onions. No punch at first? I thought so, but I was wrong and the astragalus doesn't stop. It's so light that you can eat it as much as you want. Finally, I drank all the soup. You won't feel thirsty after eating, and there will be no aftertaste. The quantity was also just right. This is delicious. It might be a bit much if you eat it as a lunch set. Let's start with the ramen, and next time we'll have a larger one. It's nice to have it as a lunch set.

The soup is beautiful. It was my first time to eat salt ramen, but it didn't have any smell, it was light and went well with the white rice, which made the meal go well. P.S.
