More Comments at Google MapAmazing food. The black garlic was great. The other broths are great too. You can't get extra once you start so be sure to get extra noodles!
Best ramen noodle in the area. Definitely worth every penny.
The thick soy sauce tonkotsu soup is exquisite. (๑°ㅁ°๑)!! ✧I was surprised at how soft the chashu pork was. ฅ(๑⊙д⊙๑)ฅ I regret that I had eaten it sooner. ( > <.) Came in at noon on a weekday. By chance, there was an empty seat and I was able to sit down without having to wait, but after that, it seems to be so popular that there were people waiting outside the restaurant, so my expectations were high. The ramen noodles are an impressive dish with thick bean sprouts and a large char siu. It looks like Hiroshima's traditional Chinese noodles with soy sauce pork bones, but the seaweed on the side makes it a bit strange. ( *°ㅁ°* ) The soup is worth mentioning! It has a strong, rich and rich flavor from the pork bones, and is thick and goes well with the noodles. It has no characteristic odor of pork bones and is very elegant and of high quality. ! ( >﹏< *) Furthermore, the chashu is amazing! Even though it's thick, it's so soft that it falls apart when you pick it up with chopsticks, making it an exquisite dish. (≧∇≦)/ It's rare to see a cup as perfect as this one. I was also impressed by the polite and pleasant customer service of the young proprietress. (o´・ω-)b It's a bit disappointing that you can only pay in cash and there are no tissues. (*´^`) There are 3 types of soup in total, so I would definitely like to try the other 2 types as well!
