More Comments at Google MapI went to a restaurant whose sign was the most delicious ramen in the universe and ordered a large serving of ramen with chashu. The ingredients are probably pork loin, which is thick and has little fat, grilled pork, a bit of green onion, and a little bit of back fat. The medium-thin noodles I ordered at Katame had a nice texture, and the sweet soy sauce soup was light. Regardless of whether it's the best in the universe, I think Onomichi's ramen is a well-balanced and delicious noodles, soup, and toppings.
It's a ramen shop that hasn't been discovered by tourists yet, so it's nice to be able to eat there without having to wait in line. Friend's ramen is a standard Onomichi ramen dish, with medium-thin flat noodles. I was very satisfied with the firm boiling that gave me the firmness I like. The Charyaki was juicy and tender, and I was impressed by the thickly sliced menma. It can be said to be the taste of the so-called traditional Onomichi ramen school. Yeah, I see. It might be the most delicious thing in the universe. There is a restaurant in Onomichi where you can enjoy the most delicious ramen in space. It is located on Kaigan Dori, south of Jodoji Temple, about 20 minutes walk from JR Onomichi Station. It seems that even aliens are satisfied with the taste, and there is a sign at the entrance of the restaurant that shows aliens coming to eat on a mysterious disk. If you take a photo with the signboard showing your face, it will definitely look great on Instagram. (lol) However, there are alien signs and festival-like ramen banners waving in the wind, so it takes courage to go through the curtains for the first time on your own. I want to eat the most delicious ramen in the universe! Let's overcome this with spirit and momentum. A ramen shop that has not yet been discovered by tourists. Many of our customers are local repeat customers. When you enter the store, you'll be knocked out by the interior, which looks like a coffee shop or an end-of-the-way snack bar that will take you back to the Showa era, but the atmosphere is surprisingly relaxing. It's outside the area where tourists come to eat Onomichi ramen, and it's closed on weekends on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, so there's no long line to hunt for ramen. A compact gem of Onomichi. It seems to be the most delicious in the universe! Why is Friend the first among the many Onomichi ramen? It's because it's the closest famous store to the Central Library, where I stopped by for homework. Beyond the dark alleys of the old and beautiful townscape, which was preserved because it escaped damage from the war, there is Friend, which is run by an alien. I ordered a char siu 550 yen for an older brother-type alien. Amazing low-cost route... are aliens actually good guys? When I thought that, in about 10 minutes, the UFO landed, no, it arrived. I see, this is Onomichi ramen. Back fat is scattered in a light soup with a strong dashi stock, and topped with soft bamboo shoots, moist chashu, and green onions. The noodles are firm and straight. The servings are modest, but this is normal in western Japan. I mean, is this a space standard? I drank up the soup and thankfully finished the meal. It's a mystery whether it's the best in the universe, but it's certainly a delicious cup. It was a feast summer!
