Best ramen ever!

Second visit! The 22nd group arrived around 11:15. After waiting for about 45 minutes, we were able to eat at 12:00. This time it’s plum salt soba! There are toppings of plum meat and shiso. Personally, I like ume shiso, so I prefer it to the standard salt soba. When compared to salt soba, the taste of plum salt soba seems to be a little stronger. Salt soba has a yuzu flavor and is delicious. The inside of the store is also stylish and nice. The ramen type has a good seating turnover rate! However, it is a popular store! I get the impression that there is always a wait even when the store opens! If you don't want to wait, the best time to go is before the store opens or from 2:00pm to 3:00pm.
