Mihara, Hiroshima, Japan｜らーめん もり翔

As I love ramen, during my recent visit to the Mihara area I was trying different places. Moriso is right next to Mihara City Hall. I liked the location, and the ambiance, and the staff was friendly. But what really matters is the food. The ramen that I ordered was great, and instead of roast pork, it had pork belly. Oh! It was so good! Update 2016-03: The family that runs Moriso is very friendly, and they will go out of their way to help you out!

I used it when driving. I received some questionable ramen. I wondered what kind of ramen it was based on the name, but the suspicious ramen was a ramen with thin noodles and pork bone-based soup topped with meat miso. When this meat miso was dissolved in the spicy and thick soup, the atmosphere changed and the taste became addictive. Even though it was a substituted egg system, there was no ramen sauce and it seemed like there wasn't much soup, but even with the substitute egg, the soup was thick and delicious. I ordered the fried rice set, but I was able to change the ramen to a suspicious ramen for an additional 50 yen. I had a pleasant meal with courteous customer service.

One of my two favorite ramen shops in Mihara! Both ramen and fried rice are delicious! It's not a beautiful shop without a parking lot, but it's delicious, so you'll want to go there regularly! I also like that the pepper is rough black pepper. Good compatibility with char siu. You can enter without lining up, and the price is good. Locals like this store. It has a nice atmosphere where even a single woman can enter. There are always rumors that it will go bankrupt and it won't come true, but I definitely want you to go before it disappears.
