Onomichi, Hiroshima, Japan｜Denyasu

Really liked how the place looked like from the outside and it's not like there are many other places still open at the time so I stepped in to have a bowl of ramen. The place is also quite cozy inside, I ordered the special fish soup ramen and it was delicious. It's not the usual Onomichi ramen which is more heavy on soy sauce, ramen here is more of a light and refreshing fish flavour(duh), I really enjoyed it. Would recommend.

Really fantastic fish-based, rich soup. Lots of flavor and not so salty. And the fried cod skin on top. In Japan for 16 years, currently live in a ramen haven neighborhood and this is one of the best I've had. I feel no shame in giving 5 stars.
