Water is self-service, and there are two locations so it's easy to go to get water. It was my first time trying Onomichi ramen, but it was very delicious and easy to eat. I had heard that the soup contained large pieces of back fat, so I thought it would be thick, but it was a light soup. No wonder there are many elderly customers. The store is new and clean The inside of the store is very efficient and although it is small, it is not inconvenient or uncomfortable. That's true, but I feel like I'm going to eat it right away. I've never eaten other Onomichi ramen, but this one was really delicious. I want to try other Onomichi ramen, but I also want to come to Shu-san again.

I came here after hearing that this is the originator of Onomichi ramen. It's cool that they don't talk about Onomichi ramen and just say Chinese soba! The soup was rich and had just the right amount of salt, and I drank it all. The homemade noodles taste great and go perfectly with the soup. Yakisoba uses the same noodles as ramen, and you eat it by adding the sauce yourself, which was also delicious!
