Best ramen I ate in Japan. The Chashudon was also delicious!

Even if it's a little soft, it's perfectly fine 👍 Please enjoy the two types of moist chashu slowly. I was wondering whether to throw the rice bowl for tea into the bowl at the end. After thinking about it, I decided to elegantly pour the soup into a bowl. Each condiment can be customized and it's great 👍 It was delicious till the end.

This is a salt ramen restaurant with seafood broth, which is rare in Onomichi. It looks like a soba restaurant, and the inside of the restaurant is small enough for 6 people, and is run by a middle-aged man. For ramen, I ordered a set of sea-flavored soba and rice with less rice. The dashi that shines in golden color is refreshing, and there is no feeling of richness like Onomichi ramen. The homemade char siu is thick, soft and delicious. The noodles are not thick and easy to eat! The soup stock is really refreshing, so it's perfect for ochazuke! A bowl of ramen costs 700 yen, and the ochazuke set with less rice costs 150 yen. Except for Onomichi Ramen, which has a lot of backfat, it is definitely the best in Onomichi!
