Speaking of Kudamatsu City in Yamaguchi Prefecture, which is famous for its beef bone soup, I think of Kudamatsu City in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and although I can feel the atmosphere of the ramen soup there, it is more like a hybrid of beef bone ramen and Onomichi ramen. However, it's a delicious soup that you won't find at other restaurants, so you'll end up drinking it to the last drop. It was a delicious Onomichi ramen. I thought it was a win when I saw it written on the ramen bowl, but I was given a free coupon for one gyoza next time. It was interesting and delicious to experience the lottery ramen genre for the first time. Also, I think it's a good point that there was a lot of chashu in both the ramen and large portions.
