Fukuyama, Hiroshima, Japan｜Ryotaro Okinogami

One of my favourite ramen shops! The Aka Maru Men is my favourite here (I usually go for a spicy level 10, they will go up to 30...), it’s delicious! Oil, garlic & lots of chilli!!! But today me & the kids ate Reimen. Perfect for summer! Salty, spicy & lots of salad! My daughter asked for no chilli, it was delicious too, a little sweet and nice citrus flavour. If you want to eat ramen in Fukuyama, this famous restaurant is definitely a candidate! I visited for the first time in a long time, but it is always full at noon. Even women can feel free to enter, and there is a tatami room in the back, so I think it is easy for families with children to use. Every time I get the "Shumaru Noodles", I can choose the spiciness, so I'm not good at spicy food, so I eat it at 0.5 spiciness! Consistent deliciousness! Thank you for the meal 😊

I had the 2 spicy Shumaru noodles and the delicious spicy rice. I thought I could eat it even if it was a little more spicy, but maybe this is just right. I started sweating while eating. Tissues on the table are essential. When I ate the spicy rice after eating Shumaru noodles, it felt rather sweet. They were both delicious. The staff at the store were also nice and nice. The parking lot is not small, but the road in front of it is narrow.
