This was my first time here, so maybe I am being overly generous with 5 stars, but, this is really good ramen! Onomichi style (soy sauce, fish stock base & yummy pig fat!), but the soup is very different to others because it has a very rich, deep, katsuo dashi taste, which I just love! Add to that the soy sauce, “sei abura” (the yummy pig fat!), and flat noodles, and you’ve got a winning bowl of ramen!!! (Diners can choose the firmness of noodles, the strength of soy sauce & the amount of “sei abura”)

It is a delicious shop with the flavor of fishmeal and heavy soy sauce. Rice bowls using the soy sauce are also excellent. Wooper looper is watching over you at the entrance😄 What should be noted is the noodles! You may not like it, but the combination of the long flat noodles and the soup is very delicious. * You can customize the shape, koime, wome, etc. of the soup.

Revisited after many years. There's always a line here at lunchtime! I'm also thankful that they have mini ramen and can make it into a set. I think the ramen is the best for those who like the fragrant seafood soup. The noodles were homemade and were flat, but they were also delicious. The katsudon has a strong seasoning, and the fried rice has a strong flavor, which is also delicious! And...it's not just the taste that's amazing, but the customer service. The female staff are very hardworking and have great smiles, and the owner is also working hard, which makes me feel good. Please look me in the eye and thank me when I leave. It says it's the 6th anniversary, but I think this store will still be great no matter how many years pass. You can tell that they value their customers. This should be popular. It was a great satisfaction.
