Great and quiet place to rest on the adventures around the city. Service was awesome, food quality fantastic.

It's a Sunday afternoon in mid-October, when the scent of osmanthus blooms everywhere. I went to "Tori Meshi Ramen San-ichi" which I had been interested in for a while. When we arrived, there were already 5 people waiting. The older guys who came out of the restaurant looked satisfied and said, ``It was really delicious.'' I have a feeling it will be delicious. After a few minutes of waiting, I went inside the store. The interior of the store is small and clean, with only 8 seats at the counter. Cooking utensils are neatly lined up in the kitchen. It's simple and comfortable. I had chicken chashu noodles (soy sauce). I ordered Tsureai, salt ramen, and fried rice set. As I watched the owner move around briskly, the ramen was brought to me in no time. Char siu noodles. First of all, the gentle soy sauce soup is delicious and not greasy. He almost gulps down the drink like miso soup, but he stops because of the relationship. And the thick pork char siew satiated my hungry appetite. The chewy, slightly sweet chashu is low in fat, so you can eat it in large quantities without sacrificing your appetite. The noodles look like flat noodles. Goes well with soup. I can't stop sucking noodles. Salt ramen. The salt soup was translucent, and had a salty taste that I had never tasted before, as if it gently wrapped around the tender mucous membranes of a wounded stomach. The soy sauce is delicious, but the salt soup is especially delicious because it's unique to this restaurant. Fried rice. sweet. Taste, the best. We were completely satisfied with the delicious ramen that exceeded our imaginary expectations for delicious ramen. Next, I'll eat chicken rice. Autumn is the season of taste.

The inside of the restaurant is clean, and the seats are not too narrow and comfortable. I ordered the daily special, but they were very attentive to the details, making each item one by one, without cutting corners. The ramen tastes just the way I like it. Char siu, number one! It's crumbly, not hard, and the taste is not too strong, so it's very delicious! The spicy ramen was delicious with Korean chili peppers🎵 The salad comes with 3 types of dressing to choose from. The master's skill and arrangement were good.
