It's been a while since it opened, so I thought it was normal to wait, but I lined up, so I wasn't so irritated! I could feel the hard work of all the staff, probably because it was the peak hour at lunch time. The Chinese soba was also very delicious. There was a name of Mr. Sebe on the noren, so I wonder if the noodles are Mr. Hasebe? I was able to eat even more deliciously! The fried rice was so delicious that there was no useless feeling of stickiness at all! I think I want to go again!

I was finally able to eat today! I was a single woman, but all the staff were cheerful and polite from the time I entered the store. Today I had Chinese soba (average) and A set (half fried rice). The Chinese soba was made by Hasebe, so it was a very delicious ramen with well-balanced noodles, soup, and ingredients. Fried rice also goes well with ramen soup! I think each has their own preferences, but I'm sure to repeat. Next time I will try the dandan noodles!
