I always get the chiyu salt ramen. If you want salt ramen in Fukuyama, you can't go wrong with "Gara"! It's as delicious as you think! The umami and sweetness of the chicken comes out in the soup, and it's so delicious that you want to drink it all up. The price is very reasonable and easy to access.

It was my first time visiting 😆 It seems that salt ramen is famous. This time I had the Gara Soba light and Gara spicy noodles! Gara soba...it has a complex taste and is delicious💗 The fried chicken inside is melty and delicious😆 It's a thin noodle, so if you eat it slowly it will spread... It would be nice if it could be made firmer (lol) Is spicy noodles the same as the spiciness of bean sauce? Do you like this? I'm not a big fan of miso-like spiciness, but I think it's delicious! The fried chicken is piping hot, so be careful not to get burned (lol) The fried rice is also exquisite 💗 It's moist and has a strong taste! It was delicious. There is a counter, one table that seats four people, and two tatami rooms. I wonder if it's closed irregularly? I've heard that there are a lot of things that aren't open, but you can check on FB to see if it's open 🍀 P.S.: We also do take-out!
