This is a ramen shop in Azumigawa-cho, Takashima City. At first glance, it feels like a pub-like building, and the parking lot can park about 4-5 cars in front of the store. As mentioned above, the inside of the store is filled with the feeling of an izakaya. There were about 8 seats at the counter, and there were also tatami seats (ΦωΦ) This time, I ordered the "Soy Sauce Ramen (Ajitama Topping) + Fried Rice Set" from the lunch menu. My partner ordered the soy sauce ramen. By the way, orders are made to order. Delivery time is reasonably fast. The main ramen was like a very light pork bone soy sauce. The noodles were medium-thin, slightly curly, and cut short, so they were easy to eat. The toppings are strong-style, with chashu pork, Chinese bamboo, and green onions. The flavored egg topping is a half-boiled flavored egg, and the seasoning is modest for the flavored egg and yuwari. (ΦωΦ) To be honest, this light tonkotsu soy sauce is the watershed between whether you like this ramen or not. Young people these days are too accustomed to heavily seasoned ramen, so many people may judge this lightness as "light" or "tasteless". My husband and I stopped by on a short trip to Fukui. I had soy sauce ramen, salt ramen and fried rice, and they were all delicious! ! The two of us muttered that it was delicious until the end and ate it 🤣 lol The atmosphere inside and outside the store is very good. I want to come again!

I visited at noon. Craftsman! I wonder if the husband and the woman are his wife? The shop is run by two people. I received a lunch set of miso ramen and fried rice for 1,100 yen. To be honest, I don't usually order miso ramen outside of Hokkaido because I don't have high expectations for it, but for some reason I was in the mood for miso ramen, so I tried it and it was really delicious. surprised. The fried rice is also crunchy, delicious and just the right size. Overall, if you're a big eater, it might not be enough for you. That's what I thought, but it looks like they can make extra portions and larger portions, so it seems like it's okay. In particular, the husband seemed to be a bit of a stubborn craftsman, so I guess he leaves the customer service to his wife. I'm sorry for sounding bossy when I saw each customer's voice and attitude when they checked out and when they left the store, but it was really nice and made me feel really good. That's excellent.
