A famous chicken paitan restaurant. This is a store where you are prepared to wait in line. A rich yet refreshing hot water soup that is easy to drink. When I visited, the owner was a one-man operation and it took a while to get the food served, but I never get tired of watching his careful work. Recently, I didn't go near Tori Paitan because there are many similar ramen, but I decided to try this one! Personally, I like the freshness of the char siu, which has a fruity flavor! It was a ramen restaurant with a good balance of soup, noodles, and toppings.

The soup is just superb. The soup is rich and thick, and the flavor of the chicken is fully there. Hosaki menma, chashu pork, and mizuna greens all go well with the soup. Meat rice char siu and onions are outstandingly delicious. It's a highly recommended store that anyone can recommend, but it's a very popular store, so there are always a lot of customers lining up in front of the store.
