Small, comfortable place with good ramen. Not many good ramen places in the city so this place deserves the five star rating.

Visited on 2023/09/26 I decided to go there after a junior at work recommended it to me for lunch during a business meeting in Hikone. Feel uplifted while driving through the Hikone Castle townscape When I arrived at the shop, I was overwhelmed by the painting of Arhat Nio and entered the shop with great expectations. The piping hot sauce is brought to you one by one at different times. Soup and noodles that almost overflowed into the bowl It's too hot, so I eat it little by little while making a fuss, but it doesn't go down easily. Add soup to rice halfway through and eat as risotto. I added vinegar about half way through and enjoyed the change in taste, then added shichimi to further change the taste.I finished the soup and finished it.It was a great cup.

Personally, I think this ramen is the most delicious at Omi Champon's shop. Soy sauce-based champon with a heaping amount of vegetables. I think it's very delicious with a light flavor and vegetable soup. It's one of Hikone's popular restaurants, so it gets pretty crowded on weekends. In addition to regular champon, there are also kimchi champon and miso champon, as well as regular Chinese noodles. The menu other than noodles is very simple, and you can add fried rice to all noodles for an additional 400 yen. I live far away, but I sometimes crave it, so I go there once every 3-4 months.
