Joined May 24, 2023 For lunch, I ordered miso ramen + Tenshin rice for ¥1100. Is it a bit expensive? That's what I thought, but after eating the rice bowl, I was satisfied. I think it's cheap for this amount and taste at a restaurant with only Japanese staff. Each bowl usually serves one person. It has a good taste. Compared to miso ramen specialty restaurants, the char siu is thicker, and there are plenty of menma, bean sprouts, and green onions.I don't like miso ramen because there aren't enough ingredients unless you order toppings, but I'm satisfied here. I happened to have some trouble with the ramen I was served, but both the staff and the manager were very helpful until I left, and most of all, they were young and energetic. There aren't many seats, but if the manager is cooking alone, I think it's just right considering everything from ordering to serving. Since there is only a counter, I feel like families with small children should give up on it from the beginning. The only negative point is that there is only one cook, so when ordering a set, it's up to you whether you want the noodles first or the rice first.

Added on 2/19 This time I received the Char Siu Bowl for 750 yen. The melty, exquisite pork belly and the beaten egg with the dashi broth were exquisitely delicious. (Gyoza and ramune are ordered separately) I'm very satisfied with the taste, quantity, and price. There are also packs to take home (separately 50 yen, up to 3 pieces). Even if you're full and can't eat it all, it's nice to have the option to take it home. However, you cannot take the ``toku set'' rice that comes with ramen with fried rice or Tenshin rice to take home, so be sure to check how much you can eat before ordering. If you are a woman, you may not be able to eat it all. I think men who eat a lot will be very satisfied!

Fried chicken, a common type with a juicy inside that is crunchy around. Add salt and pepper to taste. There are soy sauce, salt, and stamina ramen, but many people asked for miso and salt. You can also add fried rice instead of Tenshinhan. It is a thriving store and a very nice one. I'm interested in gyoza, so I'll try it next time.
